Gary got into real estate 28 years ago. Based out of RE/MAX Real Estate-Lethbridge, he knows the Southern Alberta market better than most as he’s lived there all his life. Gary works all over Southern Alberta—north to Vulcan and south to Waterton Park.
“I’m not opposed to driving 60 miles to help a client,” he said.
As for real estate, Gary does it all—commercial and residential real estate as well as farms and acreages. Over his career, he has helped his clients sell or buy 1,820 houses, and his best year was 1996 when he sold 92 houses! Eighty per cent of his business is from referrals from former clients.
His get ‘er done attitude has earned him Realtor® of the Year and a place in the Hall of Fame with RE/MAX Real Estate.
