West Lethbridge Real Estate Specialist Clark Paul
When people ask why I’m the best real estate agent to help them find a Lethbridge home, this is what I say:
So Many Happy Clients
a) Home Seller
Cam F. - Clark Was Great To Work With!
- Clark made the effort to make sure everything was done right. He worked efficiently and made it easy for us. Our house sold quickly and for a price we were happy with.
b) Home Buyer
Ben and Raquel O. - He treated us not merely as clients but as friends.
- Clark was very supportive and patient helping us get our first home. Always prepared and energetic showing us the houses that we were interested in. That made us comfortable especially when asking questions and looking for more options. He's very knowledgeable, professional, giving advice and would honestly tell you if it's worth it or not, never pushy. We highly recommend him to be your Realtor. You'll surely like and appreciate him too. Thank you very much Clark. God Bless!
Intimate Market Knowledge
I’ve lived in Lethbridge for 45 years and know it like the back of my hand. I know every street in every neighbourhood. I know the different characters of every neighbourhood, their access to transit, the schools, parks, and shopping. I’m sure I can tell you anything you would ever want to know.
I have taken the well-respected courses and training to earn SRS Designation (Seller Representative Specialist). It’s offered by the Real Estate Business Institute www.rebinstitute.com across Canada and the United States, and is the premier credential in seller representation. It provides a comprehensive foundation of skills, training and the resources required for real estate professionals to give incomparable representation for sellers in today’s marketplace.
RE/MAX is the top selling real estate company in the world. And every year I’ve been one of the top producers at RE/MAX Lethbridge. This just means I’ve been very successful at helping folks like you, either sell your home for the most money in the shortest time, or find a home you’ll be very happy with for many years.
Respected in the Community
I’ve found the best way to meet good people is to volunteer for a good cause. People who volunteer are usually humble, generous, hard working, friendly, and have a positive outlook on life.
I’ve met some very good people while:
- Canvassing for the Canadian Diabetes Association.
- A member of the Lethbridge Rotary Club.
- Canvassing for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
- Sponsoring an eight member Golf Team “Clark’s Crusaders”.
Why I Love Lethbridge
It’s large enough to have some of the best shopping and dining choices in Alberta, yet small enough that you feel safe at night.
It’s almost 100,000 people but you can drive from one end to the other in less than 20 minutes.
Lethbridge is one of the least expensive cities for real estate in Western Canada, and yet it’s a wonderful place to live. I think of it as an undiscovered gem.
Unlike many other cities, Lethbridge is not dependant on any one source of revenue. Agriculture, oil, the university, college, Regional Hospital, City Of Lethbridge, retail, industry and many other sectors all help to maintain our stable economy and real estate market.
The four distinct seasons here are part of the spice of Lethbridge life. Summers are very warm. Fall Is windy and cool. Winters are sometimes very cold, but the warm Chinook winds warm everything up. Spring is beautiful with brilliant colours everywhere.
About Clark Paul
Lethbridge is a place you can truly enjoy the great outdoors. My beautiful wife of 30 years, Eva, and I enjoy long walks with our dogs Chevy and BB.
When I'm not working I enjoy golf, hiking, and fly fishing. It’s only 75 minutes’ drive to the Rocky Mountains. On indoor days I enjoy billiards and my reef aquarium.
My favourite coffee shop is Esquires. I walk in there and someone behind the counter always says a loud “Good Morning”. It makes me feel good
about myself, that I’ve chosen to live in a town where the people are
happy and friendly.
My favourite restaurant is O-SHO’s. They have a beautiful aquarium :),
the food is absolutely delicious, and the staff treats us like family.
My favourite local golf course is Henderson Lake. It’s 100 years old, so
there’s some great character there, in the clubhouse, in the service, and on the fairways lined with huge beautiful trees. I find that kind of old character very relaxing.
You may think I’m biased, but I believe prairie people are friendlier. It’s easier to make good friends here than in a big city. A friend of mine in Vancouver says although it’s beautiful, the people there have more fear. There’s more major crime, more competition for everything, and more distractions from what’s really important in life.
I feel like Lethbridge people are more grounded, closer to the earth, if I can say it that way. I’ve made so many lifelong friends with people who I would classify as some of the finest human beings on the planet. The bonds between people in a community are what holds it together. It’s part of what I like about living here.
Lethbridge Real Estate is a Good Investment
More young people are coming to live in Lethbridge. Home prices in the major markets are out of reach. But in Lethbridge they can build a life with a steady job, a wonderful modern home, live in a city with all the amenities they could want, and be surrounded by good friends.
Foreign investors are finding Lethbridge a good place to grow their money safely. It’s more profitable to buy rental properties here than in major centres because rents are pretty well the same everywhere, but the purchase prices here are much lower. That provides a much greater ROI. If you meet with a Mortgage Specialist you’ll discover that having revenue properties in Lethbridge can be a very profitable investment.
There are a couple of new listings that just came in, and I’d love to show them to you. We can talk about all the special neighbourhoods in Lethbridge, and which one would be right for you. I look forward to being your guide, real estate investment counsellor, and local resource for all the best of Lethbridge. Call or text me any time at 403-308-6613. I'm Clark Paul.
